We are happy to welcome Mrs Liesel Higgs to our College teaching team this term.
Mrs Higgs is well known in our East London community as a leading Accounting educator with 29 years of teaching experience at three excellent schools.
After spending the last 12 years at Clarendon High School for Girls, where she headed up her department, she is ready for a fresh challenge at Merrifield and excited about the opportunities that working in an IEB context brings.
A committed, enthusiastic teacher, Mrs Higgs enjoys developing strong relationships with her students and creating engaging, stretching learning environments.
